I read that hackers frequently target Wpress sites. Is it easy to stop them ?!?. I am frightened !!
I’m having a real issue with this. When I first set up my blogs I had to decide on the permalink structure ‘post ID’. I need to change this, or ideally have the ability to select permalinks for a post without changing all of the previous url’s of my posts, which is what occurs when I change the site wide permalinks. Unfortunately, since I’ve post ID as my permalink structure, altering the web page slug makes no difference to the post url. I know I can adjust the site permalinks after which do 301 redirects, but these are fairly established domains with a lot of the posts indexed, I Really don’t want to risk losing their index, or ranking?! Cheers
