Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia, located in Southeast Asia bordered by Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam.

Malaysian population consists of 3 main races of Malays, China and India so that the language used is the language of three races plus English as a complement because Malaysia including the Commonwealth Countries.

Life in Malaysia can be said well for the size of the prosperous of the developing countries, seen many development projects in the works. Transportation and other facilities for a tour in Kuala Lumpur are very supportive. If you want adventure in this town, you can take taxis, trains, buses and private cars that can be obtained at the rental in town.

My family and I enjoy a vacation to Kuala Lumpur in November 2009, this trip to the 2nd time. I set out from Indonesia with a budget of Air Asia flight, taken for 2 hours from the city of Bandung, West Java.

Because of budget travelers, we are also looking for budget hotels to stay for 3 days in this city. After arriving in Kuala Lumpur LCCT airport, we bought a bus ticket to KL to get to the center of Kuala Lumpur with a monorail train.

You do not have to worry about a place to stay during vacation in Malaysia. There are many hotels and inns around Bukit Bintang Street and Pudu Street ranging from 5 star hotels to budget hotels. We got a cheap budget hotel at Pudu street with tariff rates 100 RM (Ringgit Malaysia) or about USD 28 per night.

Many interesting places you can visit including Kuala Lumpur or KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower is a symbol of Kuala Lumpur. To be able to go upstairs and walked past the bridge that connects the two towers, you have to queue once to get a limited number of tickets. Visitors can start queue for a ticket at 8:30 in the morning. If you want to enjoy the city of Kuala Lumpur in full, you can join the KL City Tour Hop On, a bus for city tour around Kuala Lumpur. These tickets can be purchased at the lodge and this ticket is valid for 24 hours after your purchase, so you can be satisfied through the city of Kuala Lumpur. Beside shopping and taste the culinary, there is a famous place you should visit named Genting Highland.

Genting Highland is a highland resort in kuala lumpur known as a place to gamble. If a gambler you can go to the casino there and try your luck from the gaming table. The cold is felt in Genting but the atmosphere is very crowded especially weekend cause there is many domestic and international tourists to visit. Genting Highland can be reached by bus or taxi for about 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur. You also can enjoy the tropical forest landscape from a height with gondolas.

So if you have plans to visit Southeast Asia, visit Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. From there you can continue your adventure into the surrounding countries such as Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. If you want to continue your trip to Singapore, you can take a bus or train. Many Travel agent find easily in Puduraya Street to buy tickets or get information about transportation will you choose.

No problem to explore the world as a backpacker – Easy way for Traveling and More fun

Don’t worry about lodging and other things that if you want to travel to foreign countries. As young and have sufficient funds, go travel to interesting places around the world. All started from a dream and it could come true if you have the determination and clear purpose. If your budget is limited, you can travel as a backpacker. I think that traveling this way is more fun and can be a wonderful experience because we can explore as many possible places where we go unmolested by the rigid schedule.

Don’t Worry about Your Hotel

One classic problem is the place to stay during our trip. Do not worry, now many hotels and inns for the backpackers with room rates are very cheap. Everywhere you go to the corner of the world; as a backpacker you will find hotels and inns easily such as cheap rooms available in most towns around the world.

Sometimes if a particular season such as school holidays or public holiday, you must book a room in advance by online or by phone so that you do not get stuck in a place without lodging. Most hotels offer private rooms and dormitories. Private rooms are usually offered a bed singles, twins or doubles and have some of the triple.

Youth hostels are an alternative that could be considered to be selected as an inn for traveling. Youth hostel is basically a form of shared accommodation for travelers who offers private or dormitory rooms at an affordable price. Today no difference in facilities with star hotels except in price; many budget hotels are equipped with internet facilities, laundry and free breakfast.

Some Useful Tips for you as a backpacker:

• Always bring your student card, in case you get a special discount when checking in a hotel or buy tickets at the resorts.
• Passport, driving license and other identification cards should be well guarded. Therefore, please bring a small bag that can be hung on your belt so your important document always carried with ease.
• For your comfort during the long journey on a bus, take a pillow so you can sleep comfortably.
• Don’t forget and recheck your Backpack, Walking Shoes, Socks and Underwear, Long Underwear, Pillow Case, Sleeping Bag, Passport, Spy Wallet, Day Pack, and Camera.
• Expand your horizons with a plan to go backpacking trip you more exciting and fun.

Remember! Planning is so trivial in the home will be a very complicated thing when you are in a strange place. So make a good plan well before your departure so that your journey will be easier.
